Terms of Service
These Terms of Service ("Terms") explain the rules and guidelines for using Twobrains.ai during its alpha testing phase. By using the tool, you agree to these terms, which outline how you can use the Twobrains.ai, its intended purpose, and the framework governing its use.
1. Introduction
Twobrains.ai ("the Service") is provided by Twobrains Inc. ("we," "us," "our"), a company incorporated in Canada. The Service is an experimental tool offered for limited testing purposes. By accessing or using the Service, you agree to these Terms of Service. If you do not agree, please do not use the Service.
2. Purpose of the service
The Service is provided solely for:
Debugging, stress-testing, and gathering user feedback
General learning to improve future iterations of the tool
Research and development purposes
Feedback will be collected through multiple complementary methods, including but not limited to automated usage analytics, in-app tracking tools, user interviews, and feedback forms. By participating in the alpha test, you agree to your interaction data being collected through these various channels for the purpose of improving the Service.
3. License and access
We're giving you permission to use Twobrains.ai during our test period, but with some important limits.
What you can do:
Use the Service for personal testing
Try out features and give us feedback
Help us find and fix problems
We need to be able to:
Make changes to the Service at any time
Limit how much you can use certain features
Turn off your access if you break any rules or if we need to take it down for major fixes
4. Acceptable use
Please do not:
Put private or secret information into the service (like passwords, credit card numbers, or private company data)
Try to figure out how our technology works by taking it apart
Use scripts to interact with the service - only use it directly yourself
Do anything illegal with the service
You are a part of a trusted test group: we need you to use the service normally and safely, without trying to peek behind the curtain or let others in.
5. User rights
Anything you put into the service stays yours. However, when you join our test group, you're agreeing to let us:
See how you're using the service
Remove any personal details from the data
Use what we learn to make the service better
6. Disclaimers and limitations of liability
This is a test version, so:
The Service isn't perfect and we can't promise it will work flawlessly
You might run into bugs, errors, or times when the service isn't available
Don't use this service for anything important or make big decisions based on what it tells you
We can't guarantee that everything the service tells you will be correct or complete
We're not responsible for any problems that happen while you're using the service
Since this is a free test, we won't pay for any losses or damages you might have while using it
The Service might sometimes give wrong or inappropriate responses, even though we try to prevent this
7. Intellectual property
Twobrains.ai owns all rights to the Service, including intellectual property like trademarks and copyrights. Here's what this means for you:
You can't copy, change, or create new versions of the Service
You can't use our logos or branding without our permission
You can't remove any copyright or ownership notices from the Service
8. Governing law
These rules are based on Ontario, Canada’s laws. If there’s a disagreement about using the Service, it will be handled under Ontario’s legal system.
9. Indemnification
By using our Service, you agree to take responsibility if something goes wrong because of your actions. This means Twobrains.ai, its employees, and agents are not liable for any claims, damages, or costs that arise from how you use the Service.
10. Severability
If any provision of these Terms is found to be unenforceable, the remaining provisions will still apply.
